Former Administrative Director of Financial Affairs (DAF) of the Constitutional Court, Sidiki Sylla is actively sought by jurors of the Court of Repression of Economic and Financial Offences (Crief).

The prosecution has requested 10 years imprisonment in absentia and a fine of 15 billion GNF. Money laundering, corruption of public officials, misappropriation of public funds and illicit enrichment. These are the grounds for the prosecution of Sidiki Sylla. Summoned several times by the Chamber of Investigation, the respondent did not deign to answer to be heard before the investigating magistrates on the facts against him. Thus, an arrest warrant was issued against him. The hearing took place on July 6. Requisitions and pleadings were presented. The case was put under advisement for a decision to be rendered on July 25.
