A major player in the banking sector in Mali, Banque Atlantique, a subsidiary of the Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) Group of Morocco, launched its Financing Program entitled "Women's Entrepreneurship, Banque Atlantique is committed!", with a budget of 1 billion FCFA, at the Bamako International Conference Center on March 14, 2020.

As part of the dynamic of the celebration of International Women's Day, the ceremony took place under the sponsorship of Mrs. DIAKITE Aïssata Kassa TRAORE, Minister for the Promotion of Women, Children and the Family, in the presence of Mr. Cheickna MAGASSA, Secretary General of the Ministry for the Promotion of Women, Children and the Family, Mr. Konzo TRAORE, National Director of the BCEAO for Mali, Mr. Habib BLEDOU, Director General of Banque Atlantique and several personalities from the political world as well as local media.


Through this program, Banque Atlantique is committed to financing development projects led by women, all sectors combined, thus working to promote women's entrepreneurship, convinced that it is a lever for development, growth, financial inclusion and innovation.
