Following a simultaneous auction of 182- and 364-day equivalent Treasury Bonds (BAT) and 3-year Treasury Equivalent Bonds (OAT), on Thursday, March 16, 2023, on the UEMOA financial market, the sum of 34.606 billion FCFA.

The issuer auctioned 35 billion FCFA and received global bids of 34.606 billion FCFA, giving an average coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 98.87%. It accepted all the submissions, i.e. an absorption rate of 100%. Investors whose bids are successful will end up with a weighted average return of 6.71% for 364-day bonds and 6.55% for 182-day bonds. Interest is payable in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the vouchers, while the vouchers are redeemable on the first business day following the due date of September 14, 2023 for 182-day vouchers and March 14, 2024 for 364-day vouchers.
