The I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs 2 (IPAE 2) fund welcomes two new companies to its portfolio, continuing an active investment pace two years after its launch. Perfectly aligned with the fund's mandate, these two investments strengthen I&P's footprint in English-speaking Africa, with a fourth investment in Ghana and a first investment in Nigeria.

The IPAE 2 fund aims to support more than thirty companies in Sub-Saharan Africa by 2022. The fund recently completed its third and final closing, at 92 million euros, including three new investors: the African Development Bank, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the France 2i fund, entrusted by the Fondation de France and managed by RAISE Impact.

The new investments are fully in line with IPAE 2's mandate and investment strategy, due to their geographical and sectoral diversity and their strong potential for impact on local economies.
