The Minister of State in charge of Economy and Finance of Benin, Romuald Wadagni, alongside Franco-African leaders, took part on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in the conference on new French investment requirements in Africa organized by videoconference at the Circle of the Interallied Union in Paris in France.

"New requirements, new horizons: what future for French investments in Africa?". It is around this theme that the conference initiated by the Concerto Global public affairs and Jeune Afrique Media Group was held at the Cercle de l'Union interalliée in Paris in France. It is indeed a Conference on the new requirements of French investments in Africa. On the occasion, the Minister of State in charge of economy and finance of Benin, Romuald Wadagni alongside Franco-African leaders, presented his vision of the new economic cooperation between the old continent and Africa.

Beini's Minister of State for Economy and Finance, Romuald Wadagni, was alongside other leaders on the continent, such as President Madagache Andry Rajoelina, Ivorian Prime Minister Patrick Achi, Franck Riester, French Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Attractiveness, Anne Rigali, CEO of Air France... The influence of France in Africa, in a context of "economic war" with the  increasingly advanced hegemony of China, Turkey, of India or Russia, not only shares the market with the France but above all completely sausages the available share. However, by raising 1.2 billion in 2021 for the benefit of start-ups, the continent intended to focus on this category which constitutes the strength, the jackpot of the  entrepreneurial fabric. As for the France, it invested about $57 billion before the advent of Covid-19 in 2019.
