The West Africa Trade and Investment Hub has just launched its virtual DealRoom with the aim of attracting $400 million in new private investment to the West African sub-region.

Allow international investors to access information and trade opportunities from the Trade Hub. It is in this vision that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has funded the Trade Hub whose role is to catalyze economic growth in West Africa using a market-based approach.
The Virtual DealRoom was set up on Asoko Insight, a corporate data and engagement platform offering international investors, multinationals and development institutions a way to discover, pre-select and engage with African companies. The platform now allows investors to get in direct contact with invest-ready companies, and in various sectors of the Trade Hub's expanded portfolio.
