Monday, January 19, 2026, the Criminal Court of Kaloum delivered his verdict in the case of François Leno, Moussa Koulibaly and Mohamed Sidibé, continued by Skye Bank for acts of “fraudulent intrusion into an operating system, attack on the image of Skye Bank , theft and complicity”, involving an amount of more than 600 million francs guineans.

Opened on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the trial of Moussa Koulibaly and François Leno ended on Monday, January 19, 2026 at Kaloum Court of First Instance (TPI). The two defendants were prosecuted for fraudulent intrusion into an operating system, breach like Skye Banque, theft and complicity. The judge said in his Decision, the Moussa Koulibaly guilty of fraudulent intrusion into a system of exploitation and François Leno guilty of complicity in fraudulent intrusion. They were each sentenced to 24 months in prison, including 10 months in prison suspension, as well as the payment of a fine of 5 million Guinean francs.

Also, the court also banned them from right to be a voter or to be elected, and issued a formal ban to be appointed to an administrative position for three (3) years.

Besides Mohamed Sidibé, was declared no guilty of the aforesaid acts. As a result, it was referred for the purposes of the prosecution for unconstituted offenses.
