The new innovative mobile application, Apaym pro offers users the possibility to meet several needs including, payment of electricity bill, insurance, establishment of administrative documents. According to Weblogy's Managing Director, Jil Alexandre N'Dia, this application was created to facilitate financial inclusion and meet the need for a fast and secure payment solution.
"Our company offers different prepaid card programs available on the global Visa network. As a result, users of this application have access to more than 32 million merchants worldwide, including more than 1.2 million ATMs," explained Jil Alexandre N'Dia.
According to Visa's Managing Director of West and Central Africa, Ismahill Diaby, the digitalization of payments is an opportunity to strengthen the rate of banking and inclusion in Côte d'Ivoire. Thus, the application responds to the problems faced by low banking and the explosion of mobile payments.
