The pan-African financial institution United Bank for Africa (UBA) is launching the new UBA Mobile Banking App which offers several advantages. It comes with features designed to give its users greater control and accessibility to make transactions with ease.
" The new UBA Mobile App is your personal finance manager, with a unique user interface that will change the face of the bank. With this app, we are reinventing the bank, as our commitment has shifted from a channel-centric to a platform-based approach. The speed of the platform is comparable to the speed of light, as we have significantly reduced the number of processes required to complete your transactions ," said Kayode Ishola, Group Director in charge of digital banking.
She explains that in addition to being able to decide where they want their cards to make transactions, to be able to block them, to check the balance or to request a new one directly from the app to meet their specific needs, the app has been tailor-made to give customers what they want, how, and how they want it.
