In partnership with the INPI and France Industrie, Bpifrance has developed a memorandum of collaboration, the ''Deal Memo Deeptech''. A new tool for collaboration between startups and large companies.

A first version of the tool was launched in March 2018. Called "Deal Memo", it is intended to facilitate contractualization between large companies and startups.
Three years later, a new version is emerging: the memorandum of collaboration between deeptech startups / large companies (Deal Memo Deeptech). This new version serves as a framework for negotiating a partnership or co-development between a deeptech startup and its client.
Indeed, startups and large companies belong to different worlds, which collaborate but do not know each other – or little. It is therefore to settle the organizational, temporal and objective differences that Alain Godot, CEO and founder of Innowtech, initiated the ''Deal Memo Deeptech''.
For Véronique Spannagel, director of the national network at the INPI, the memorandum is “a tool which can make it possible to structure a first level of dialogue.
