On a working visit to Senegal, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the BGFIBank Group, Mr. Henri Claude OYIMA exchanged with the Vice-Governor of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO), Mr. Abdoulaye DIOP.

This meeting is part of the permanent exchanges with the supervisors of the countries of establishment of the BGFIBank Group. Mr. Henri Claude OYIMA was thus able to discuss with the Vice-Governor the new regulatory provisions on the financing of the economy and international trade, on the internal control of banks, as well as on the supervision and role of financial holding companies.

On the sidelines of the meeting with the Vice-Governor of the BCEAO, the Chairman and CHIEF Executive Officer of the BGFIBank Group exchanged with Mr. Mouhamadou Makhtar CISSE, Minister of Petroleum and Energy and Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo, the Minister of Finance.

These meetings gave the opportunity to Mr. Henri Claude OYIMA to present the BGFIBank Group, its ambitions, its performance and its development prospects in Senegal and to be better informed on the priority projects and financing needs of this country, in order to better support it in the implementation of the Emerging Senegal Plan.
