The family of Mamadou Mounir Diallo threatens to lug the company NSIA Insurance to court after running in vain to claim the care of their son injured in August 2019 in Coyah by a truck of the company TTM (Transport Terrassement Minier).
The sum claimed from NSIA is more than 14 million Guinean francs, in addition to compensation (damages) for the damage. According to the information, the company TTM is insured at NSIA through the company SAFRICAR.
The young man had his life saved and for his medical care, it was NSIA insurance that had to insure the costs. This was not the case and all the steps taken by the victim's family towards NSIA insurance remained in vain.
