as "the FIC", will be held from March 31 to April 2, 2026, at the Grand Palais
in Lille. The 18th edition will allow us to map, measure, and regain
control of our digital value chains.
The theme chosen this year for the FIC is:
"Mastering Our Digital Dependencies". It reflects a shift. Several initiatives
are planned to enrich this year's program. The Masterclasses offer immersive
cyber crisis management exercises at the ComEx level, detection of hidden
dependencies, and prospective crisis scenarios in the era of hybrid conflicts. The InCyber Europe Forum 2026
positions itself more than ever as the European space where responses to
cybersecurity and cyber-resilience challenges are conceived, discussed, and
built. The new challenge is no longer just to detect and react: it is to map,
qualify, and manage the dependencies that permeate all our information systems.
Because cybersecurity that does not question its own dependencies remains
incomplete cybersecurity.
The round table will bring together experts and decision-makers to explore the opportunities of AI in cybersecurity (threat detection, automation, resilience); analyze regulatory frameworks and public policies in Africa; and decipher new risks: sophisticated cyberattacks, disinformation, technological dependence.
