Ecobank's subsidiary in Côte d'Ivoire has been named "Best Trade Finance Bank" by Global Finance.

After a long evaluation process, Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire has been awarded "Best Trade Finance Bank". A leading player in the highly competitive Ivorian banking environment, Ecobank stood out among more than twenty institutions representing a hundred countries. Indeed, between 2021 and 2022, trade finance operations have helped support a debt mobilization line of CFA 10 billion.

The evaluation process consisted of several steps including applications from banks and financial providers, as well as input from industry analysts, business leaders, technology experts and independent researchers. The jury also considered criteria such as: transaction volume, breadth of global coverage, customer service, competitive pricing, and technological innovation.
