GCR Ratings (GCR) placed the ratings of the company's long-term issuer of BBB+ (WU) and short-term issuer of A2 (WU) African rubber plantations (SAPH) on an extended review.

GCR plans to finalize and update the scoring results by October 31, 2025. The ratings given in the last review remain valid and unchanged until the review process is complete. The long-term rating reflects the ability of a issuer to honor its financial obligations, in particular the payment of interest and debt repayment, over three to five years following. GCR claims that no part of the scoring process was not influenced by other commercial activities of the credit rating agency ; ratings are based solely on the merits of the entity, title, or of the rated financial instrument; and these ratings are an evaluation independent of the risks and merits of the entity, security or the financial instrument noted.
