In payment to the bond issue of 20 billion FCFA that it has issued, the Banque de l'Habitat du Sénégal (BHS) will disburse 3.849 billion on July 10, 2022.

The Banque de l'Habitat du Sénégal (BHS) is going to pay next July 10, the semi-annual interests and to make a repayment of 3.849 billion FCFA.ts and make a partial repayment of the capital of the bond "DIASPORA BONDS BHS 6.25% 2019-2024 for a total amount net of taxes of 3.849 billion FCFA. It extends over 5 years including two years of deferred capital and will be remunerated at 6.25% per annum. The interests will be repaid by semester. It should be recalled that this loan is aimed at strengthening the Bank's financial resources with a view to financing the numerous housing programs underway in the urban centres.
