According to the prosecuting parties, Grégoire Ferrera has appropriated an inheritance left by their late mother.

These are actually two (2) 5-hectare land titles that the respondent sought to appropriate without the knowledge of his brothers and sisters. Invited to give his version of the facts, the defendant Grégoire Ferrera unequivocally admitted the facts with which he was accused.
