On October 16, last October, Caisse des Dépôts and Consignations du Bénin (CDC Bénin) has launched an initiative called IDERA. Ce The program is designed to identify, support and finance women carriers of structuring, sustainable and ambitious projects.

IDERA aims to offer support for structuring the projects of women entrepreneurs and facilitating the access of women entrepreneurs in financing. The program is based on three pillars fundamentals, including: inclusion to highlight strength women's producer; integration to create a support package ; and innovation through the support of CDC Benin, which stands out from an investor classical financial.

For this purpose, the latter will have the opportunity to apply for a call for projects. The projects to be submitted must respond to certain criteria. In reality, the project must be based in Benin; be developed in the sectors of industry, innovation or services; it must also have a minimum cost of 3 billion CFA francs. The CDC Benin demonstrates its vision and its confidence in the economic potential and the women's leadership. It is also part of the mission of the UN organization; that of allowing every woman to access resources, opportunities, and supports needed to thrive its talents and its businesses.

The application form is available on the CDC Benin website, via the platform https://idera.cdcbenin.bj .

Welcoming the initiative that comes in a context marked by the celebration of the International Day of Rural Women, the Minister from Industry and Commerce, Shadiya ASSOUMAN, wanted women rural, very ingenious and wealth-creating, can be included in the program.
