The Development Bank of African States Centrale (Bdeac) reimbursed an envelope on December 8, 2025 of 28.1 billion FCFA in respect of its 2021-2028 bond issue. It was at the Central African Securities Exchange (BVMAC).

BVMAC issued a statement according to which, the 4 th repayment instalment is broken down into 22.9 billion FCFA in principal and 5.1 billion FCFA in interest. For Bvmac, “the net coupon to be received per obligation will amount to 2,448 FCFA (i.e. 2,000 FCFA under the amortization of the principal and 448 FCFA for the payment of interest). Les cash transactions will begin on December 9, 2025 at the counters of stock exchange companies and account-keeping banks”. This deadline confirms the continuation of the 2021-2028 loan repayment schedule under the conditions announced to investors.

La Bdeac has established itself since its arrival in 2020 on the unified financial market of CEMAC countries (Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad and CAR), as the main contributor of investors in Bvmac, with six listed bond lines. In 2023, the active investors on this market received 76.5 billion FCFA in interest on their various investments. Of this total, 74.5%, or 57 billion CFA francs, were served by Bdeac, whose interest rates proposed during its Fundraising transactions on the stock exchange have so far oscillated between 4.7% and 6.2%.
