For the 2022 financial year, the shareholders of the Bank of Africa (BOA) Côte d'Ivoire will receive, as of April 28, 2023, a sum of 12 billion FCFA in the form of gross global dividend. This is what follows from the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors of this bank for the next Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) scheduled for March 29, 2023.

After a depreciation expense of 1.849 billion FCFA and after payment of income tax of 1.760 billion FCFA, the 2022 financial year ending on December 31 ended with a profit of 20.069 billion FCFA according to the Bank Board of Directors. The gross dividend per share is 600 FCFA. Shareholders will actually be paid a net tax dividend corresponding to a remuneration of 540 FCFA per share of 1,000 FCFA compared to 374 FCFA in 2021, after payment to the State of securities income tax (IRVM) at the rate of 10% on this gross dividend.
