During the period from 13 to 19 April, the Moroccan currency remained almost stable against the euro and appreciated by 0.14% against the US dollar according to indicators published by Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM).

Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM) announced that during the period from 13 to 19 April, no auction was carried out on the foreign exchange market. According to the bank, as of 14 April 2023, the stock of official reserve assets stood at 360.5 billion dirhams (MMDH), down 0.3% from one week to the next and up 9.5% year-on-year. BAM reports that during the same period an amount of 78.3 billion dirhams was injected, including 44.3 billion dirhams in the form of advances to 7' jours sur appel d style="font-family: "Bookman Old Style”, "serif"">offers and 16.4 billion dirhams in outstanding ' pensions (long-term books) and 17.6 billion dirhams in é PR loans guaranteed for the long term.
