Several authorities and officials of SEGUCE TOGO, the Single Window operation took part in the 2nd Zone meeting of the ECOWAS Brown Card insurance system. At the end of the meeting, resolutions were taken to boost this dematerialization instrument.

The authorities in charge of insurance in the ECOWAS zone are mobilizing to give a new face to the Brown Card insurance system. The 2nd zone meeting of the Brown Card insurance system was held on August 4 and 5 in Niamey under the chairmanship of Abdoul Hamid Issaka, Insurance Commissioner and Controller at the Niger Ministry of Finance.
