The total number of competitions granted by the institution since its creation, it has thus increased to 440 billion CFA francs. This performance, supported by the mobilization of long-term resources on the financial markets and with development partners, marks a decisive acceleration in the implementation of its 2023-2027 strategic plan. This year was marked by the successful launch of a 60% social bond issue billion FCFA, the first of its kind dedicated to housing finance affordable in the Union. This operation testifies to the confidence of investors in the signing of the CRRH-UEMOA and in its mission to social impact.

Every billion we deploy brings us closer to our objective: to make decent housing an accessible reality for thousands of families from the countries of our Union. The show of our first social obligation is not an end in itself, it is a way to accelerate our mission and to respond more effectively to the immense need for financing of the habitat.
