The IMF is forecasting economic growth of about 5% for Senegal in 2021. Indeed, the Board of Directors, which completed the second review of Senegal's programme supported by the Instrument for economic policy coordination (Icpe), affirms that despite the difficulties related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the results achieved in relation to the objectives set for the end of June in the Icpe programme have been generally satisfactory and the programme remains in line with the objectives.
