The Minister of Digital Economy and Post, Mamadou Sanogo, launched the 2nd edition of the "Assises du Numérique en Côte d'Ivoire". Placed under the theme "Assessment and prospects, 7 years after the reform of the Telecoms / ICT and post sector", it will take place from February 17 to February 19, 2021 at the Radisson Blu hotel, in Port-Bouët (South Abidjan ).

Initially scheduled to be held from January 27 to 29, 2021 at the Radisson Blu, the 2nd edition of the "Assises du Numérique en Côte d'Ivoire" is currently underway. For Minister Sanogo, seven years after the series of reforms undertaken for this purpose by the Government, it is appropriate to mark a stop, in order to make an evaluation of these results with regard to the objectives set and to identify the prospects for the development of the national digital economy.
The purpose of the meeting is to take stock of the sector at the institutional, regulatory and operational levels, and to identify the prospects for a digital ecosystem better suited to current challenges. Six workshop sessions, six thematic panels and a round table on the theme "Towards a national digital strategic plan: cross-references", will be at the heart of this event.
