The African Development Bank (AfDB), in partnership with the Caisse de dépôts et de consignation de Côte d'Ivoire (Cdc-CI), offers other African Deposit Banks a number of offers to make them more efficient.
These include strengthening the capacities of the Caisse de dépôts in terms of asset and liability management, portfolio and risk, having a strong governance framework, an adequate risk management framework, an excellent ability to mobilize and manage public funds in the portfolio.
These reforms were announced during a training and capacity building session held on 20 and 21 January 2021 with the participation of members from the Caisses des dépôts et consignations (Cdc) of Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Niger, Senegal, Gabon and Tunisia.
