In response to the complaint filed by Afriland First Group against the Central Bank of Congo, the Kinshasa/Gombe High Court received both parties in hearing on Wednesday 13 July 2022.

After being placed under provisional administration on 20 June, Afriland First Groupe filed a complaint against the Central Bank of Congo (BCC). The latter, in charge of banking regulation in the DRC, was represented by 6 lawyers while the complainant was represented by a group of 8 lawyers.
