On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, the Beninese employers organization opened the year 2026 with an accountability exercise. So, in front of the members and partners, Eustache Kotingan drew up the achievements for the year completed, as well as the outlook for 2026, during the ceremony of Presentation of greetings from the National Council of Employers of Benin (CNP-BENIN).

The president of CNP-BENIN drew up the portrait of a a demanding year for the employer institution. “The past year (2025) was demanding, sometimes challenging, but above all it was rich in lessons and in progress for our institution”, he declared before the administrators and partners. Eustache Kotingan attributed the results obtained through collective mobilization, stressing that “if CNP-BENIN was able to stay the course, strengthen its visibility and consolidate its role as an actor central to public-private dialogue, it is thanks to the collective mobilization of Board of Directors, Executive Board and all of our members”.

Régis Facia recalled that the past year was taking place in a tense economic and social environment, also marked by institutional risks, while welcoming the capacity of CNP-BENIN to preserve its trajectory and to strengthen its presence in public space.

Looking ahead to the new year, the management of CNP-BENIN reaffirmed priorities focused on defending the interests of private sector, the improvement of the business climate, the strengthening of services to members and the promotion of a competitive Beninese company and responsible.

A particular emphasis has been focused on internal cohesion. “The success of this project, like that of all of our ambitions are based on one essential condition: unity and solidarity within CNP-BENIN”, underlined Eustache Kotingan, calling for the mobilization of all components of the institution.
