opened the year 2026 with an accountability exercise. So, in front of the members and
partners, Eustache Kotingan drew up the achievements for the year
completed, as well as the outlook for 2026, during the ceremony of
Presentation of greetings from the National Council of Employers of Benin (CNP-BENIN).
The president of CNP-BENIN drew up the portrait of a
a demanding year for the employer institution. “The past year (2025) was
demanding, sometimes challenging, but above all it was rich in lessons
and in progress for our institution”, he declared before the
administrators and partners. Eustache Kotingan attributed the results
obtained through collective mobilization, stressing that “if CNP-BENIN was able to
stay the course, strengthen its visibility and consolidate its role as an actor
central to public-private dialogue, it is thanks to the collective mobilization of
Board of Directors, Executive Board and all of our members”.
Régis Facia recalled that the past year was
taking place in a tense economic and social environment, also marked by
institutional risks, while welcoming the capacity of CNP-BENIN to preserve
its trajectory and to strengthen its presence in public space.
Looking ahead to the new year, the management of
CNP-BENIN reaffirmed priorities focused on defending the interests of
private sector, the improvement of the business climate, the strengthening of
services to members and the promotion of a competitive Beninese company and
responsible.
A particular emphasis has been focused on internal cohesion. “The success of this project, like that of all of our ambitions are based on one essential condition: unity and solidarity within CNP-BENIN”, underlined Eustache Kotingan, calling for the mobilization of all components of the institution.
