La fifth edition of the Directors' Certificate training program of companies (CAS) for the UEMOA zone was officially launched on 11 September 2025 in Abidjan by the National Institute of administrators of Côte d'Ivoire (INAD-CI).

The ; mso-bidi-font-family: arial">CAS aims to professionalize the function of company director and to build a pool of certified experts capable of supporting governance public and private companies. The idea is to ensure quality and transparency in the management of boards of directors, essential elements to harmonious economic development. The content of the training is articulated around five major modules. The first is about mso-bidi-font-family:arial">Corporate Governance and the responsibilities of mandataries social, fundamental tool for understanding the roles and duties of trustees. The second module deals with financial aspects, an issue critical in the good management of organizations.

Arial">The executive director of INAD-CI, Ted Azouma said that this training meets a strong demand from governments, investors and donors who now require certified administrators who are able to comply with international standards. The selection process requires a minimum degree at the Bac+4 level, an experience of at least ten years in a position of responsibility as Deputy Director General, as well as a proven involvement in the governance of various entities.

Class of 2025 will welcome 21 carefully selected high profiles.
