On the eve of the celebration of the 61st anniversary of Côte d'Ivoire's accession to independence, Alassane Dramane Ouattara has indicated that he does not wish to give up in order to transform the country and improve the living conditions of the population. Despite the results of the years spent at the head of state, presented as glowing by analysts, Alassane Dramane Ouattara intends to continue his fight. "Côte d'Ivoire needs the genius and labour force of all its children, especially its youth and women," he said. "Since March 2020, Côte d'Ivoire, like the whole world, has been suffering the negative social and economic impacts of the Covid-19 crisis," recalled the President of the Republic in his speech.
Alassane Ouattara has no doubt about the effectiveness of the actions carried out on the country's economy. But it intends to go far with its new development program. A development program that will be put in place to accelerate people's access to education, health and project financing. The Ivorian Head of State intends to continue the development of the private sector and promote the emergence of national champions and create more jobs for young people.
