The economic forum, called "Business forum" is part  of the African Union-European Union collaboration. Organized by the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d'Ivoire (CGECI), it will be held from 16 to 17 June 2022, in Abidjan.

Located under the theme "Transforming West African economies through a strengthened partnership between the European and West African private sectors", this forum should contribute to increasing the attractiveness potential of Côte d'Ivoire. Ivory for private investors and stimulate trade between the countries of the Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the European Union.

It will be a question, during the B 2 B meetings organized during this forum, of promoting the signing of agreements (purchases/sales or investments or institutional) and evaluating their impact at the end of the forum. Similarly, a framework will be put in place to follow up on the forum's conclusions so that the contacts made lead to formal contracts.
