The former Commissioner of Finance and economic development in the State of Abia also pointed out that these funding should focus more on added value for limit post-harvest losses, adding that the government should consider giving agricultural subsidies to real farmers and relaunch agricultural extension services to make them more functional.
“Agriculture is a booming sector
