The total value of transactions thus stood at 2.635 billion FCFA against 652.598 million FCFA the day before. After less than 653 million FCFA recorded on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, the total value of transactions thus stood at 2.635 billion FCFA against 652.598 million FCFA the day before. The traded value of the bond market stood at CFAF 1.721 billion compared to CFAF 913.389 million for the equity market.
The market capitalization of the equity market, still up since May 20, 2021, recorded an increase of 57.508 billion to 4714.173 billion FCFA against 4656.665 billion FCFA the day before. For its part, the bond market fell from 6547.750 billion FCFA on Tuesday to 6541.415 billion FCFA on Wednesday, a decrease of 6.335 billion FCFA.
The BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) gained 1.23% to 133.66 points against 132.04 points the day before. The BRVM Composite index (the general index of the Stock Exchange) gained 1.24% to 156.65 points against 154.73 points previously.
The TOP 5 of the largest price increases is occupied in order of importance by the following values: CFAO Motors Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.50% to 430 FCFA), Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.47% to 2,950 FCFA), SITAB Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.46% to 3,025 FCFA), NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.39% to 4,140 FCFA) and Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.20% to 1,265 FCFA).
The Flop 5 of the largest price declines is respectively occupied by the following values: Tractafric Motors Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.39% to 2,630 FCFA), Palm Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.27% to 3,925 FCFA), Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.72% to 1,250 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.68% to 1,170 FCFA) and Onatel Burkina (minus 1.64% to 3,590 FCFA).
