Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) equity market at the close of the last trading
session on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The share price of this
security rose from 2,350 FCFA the previous day to 2,525 FCFA on Friday, March
27, 2026, representing an increase of 7.45% in relative terms and 175 FCFA in
absolute terms. In the third quarter of 2025, SETAO reported a net loss of 447
million FCFA, down 22% compared to the same period in 2024 when it had a loss
of 610.943 million FCFA.
During the same period, turnover amounted to 3,455 FCFA, a sharp increase of
176% compared to September 30, 2024. According to the company's management, the
projected turnover for the 2025 fiscal year is estimated at 4 billion FCFA.
This explains the rise in the stock price.

d’Ivoire (down 6.84% to 2,110 FCFA), SMB Côte d’Ivoire (down 5.59% to 12,250
FCFA), SAFCA Côte d’Ivoire (down 3.02% to 6,105 FCFA), Vivo Energy Côte
d’Ivoire (down 2.91% to 2,170 FCFA), and Tractafric Motors Côte d’Ivoire (down
1.81% to 4,890 FCFA).
The total value of transactions increased to 5.473 billion FCFA, up from
920.551 million FCFA the previous day.
As for equity market capitalization, it recorded an increase of 166.02 billion,
reaching 15,660.629 billion FCFA compared to 15,494.609 billion FCFA the
previous day.
Bond market capitalization, for its part, recorded a decrease of 25.532 billion
FCFA, standing at 12,018.494 billion FCFA compared to 12,017.068 billion FCFA
on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
The BRVM composite index rose sharply by 1.07% to 406.18 points, up from 401.87
points the previous day. The BRVM 30 index also increased by 1.07% to 191.21
points, up from 189.18 points the previous day. The BRVM Prestige index was up
1.29% to 160.80 points, compared to 158.75 points previously. As for the BRVM
Principal index, it gained 0.61% to 279.87 points, up from 278.16 points the
previous day.
The BRVM Composite Total Return index (Overall Market Return Index) recorded a
positive change of 1.07% to 156.41 points, up from 154.75 points the
previous day.
