The Malian banker purist has just been promoted to the position of Regional Director of the BOA Central Africa subsidiary. Mamadou Igor Diarra, a Malian national, is also Director and General Manager of the Congolaise des Banques, one of BMCE's participations in the sub-region.

The former Regional Director of BOA subsidiaries in the WAEMU zone, is now moving to Central Africa where he will supervise the Central African zone and where the group holds 4 participations in capital: BOA RDC, BOA Rwanda, BCB (Burundi) and LCB BANK in Congo Brazzaville.

This co-option of the brilliant Malian banker, former emblematic minister of his country, is part of the strategic reorganization and mobility of the BOA Holding. His appointment will be subject to the approval of the CEMAC monetary authorities, in accordance with the regulations.
