Dans une déclaration à la presse en marge de la cérémonie de signature de deux conventions de financement avec le Groupe public “Algeria Chemical Specialities” (ACS), Lazhar Latreche, G& Director General of the Foreign Bank of Algeria (BEA), announced on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 that all legal and administrative procedures have been completed for the opening of these two banks, approved by the monetary authorities in Senegal and Mauritania.

Les deux banques en cours d' ouverture seront created by four public banks, namely the BEA, the National Bank of Algeria (BNA), the Crédit Populaire d'Algérie (CPA) and the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR). According to the managing director, thanks to these two new banks, Algerian economic operators, private and public, will be able to take advantage of the necessary facilities in the field of exports and foreign exchange.
