The BANK OF AFRICA Group presented on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 through a webinar, the results as of December 31, 2020 of its 6 subsidiaries listed on the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) of Abidjan. At 31 December 2020, the BOA Group reported a consolidated net profit of €102.7 million.

This webinar allowed the BOA Group officials to educate the participants on the results of the 6 Bank Of Africa listed on the BRVM namely, BOA-BENIN, BOA-NIGER, BOA-CÔTE D'IVOIRE, BOA-BURKINA FASO, BOA-SENEGAL and BOA-MALI. The objective of this meeting is both to deliver quality, reliable and transparent financial communication, and to work pedagogically for a better knowledge of BOA securities on the markets as well as its figures.

As a result, the BOA Group now has more than 6,000 employees, at 31 December 2020, it has a consolidated balance sheet total of €8.7 billion and recorded a consolidated net profit of €102.7 million at that date, including €65.7 million group share. For the Group's Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Abderrazzak Zebdani, bank of africa has seen a performance and dynamism in the banking sector, despite the advent of COVID-19, which has tested the entire world.
