In Côte d'Ivoire, the Poussins d'or hatchery in Azaguié was inaugurated by Mamadou Touré, Minister of Youth Promotion and Youth Employment, Mamadou Touré.

This day-old chick production plant, with an investment of 2 billion FCFA, is the result of Ivorian-Dutch cooperation.

Thanks to this project, 110 young Ivorians will benefit from employment. And thus contribute to food security in animal protein, in particular through the supply of quality chicks for national poultry farming.

A project to integrate 3,500 young people into the poultry sector is underway, within the framework of collaboration between the Minister for the Promotion of Youth and Youth Employment and the Minister for Animal and Fisheries Resources.
