 African countries, and Ecobank Transnational Incorporated ("ETI"), parent company of Ecobank, the first group
 pan-African bank present in 33 countries have signed a partnership that will allow millions of customers
 Airtel Money and Ecobank to improve their access to mobile financial services and carry out various
 mobile transactions in Africa.
 This partnership, subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities of each market, will allow customers
 Airtel Money, make online deposits and withdrawals, make fund transfers locally and
 internationally, in real time, make in-store payments and access loans and products
 savings through Ecobank's dedicated digital financial services platform.
 The partnership will also allow Ecobank corporate account holders to make
 bulk disbursements, such as salary payments directly into Airtel Money wallets
 Airtel customers. In addition, Ecobank may sponsor Airtel Money for the issuance of debit cards and
 prepaid cards, virtual and physical, on behalf of its customers.

 innovative for our customers in Africa. We will continue to offer M-Commerce solutions
