AFG Bank Gabon organized an African tour” AFG JPO Tour 2025 — The return of talent”, in partnership with the Embassy of Gabon in Morocco. The event took place from November 21 to 22 last, at of the Gabonese diplomatic representation in Rabat.

“AFG JPO Tour 2025 — The Return of Talents” aims to detect, value and encourage the return of young Gabonese skills. Ce Rendezvous offered participants the opportunity to meet directly the bank's teams, to discuss how it operates and its perspectives and its recruitment needs. Pre-selection interviews were organized. by the CEO, Ghislain Mboumba and the Deputy Head of Capital human Justin Mbagou, testifying to the institution's desire to promote national expertise, even across borders.

This initiative was welcomed by His Excellency Abdelaziz Branly Oupolo, Ambassador High Representative of Gabon in Morocco. For The latter, this meeting is in perfect coherence with the vision of President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, stressing the importance given to the diaspora.

During his speech, Ghislain Mboumba invited young graduates and professionals to discover jobs and projects bank strategies. He presented the profiles sought such as: juniors in vocational training, young professionals, experts confirmed in cybersecurity, finance, marketing, marketing, audit or human resources, as well as senior managers.
