The digital platform Public procurement in procedures electronic aims to “simplify and streamline” the related processes to public contracts, from planning to awarding, according to the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Oumar Samba Ba. Appel also guarantees “interoperability” with other public systems, compliance with international standards, including those of the OECD , the Organization for Cooperation and Development economic, as well as the automated production of indicators of performance (KPI).
