The Court for the Suppression of Economic Offences and of terrorism (CRIET) has placed several executives of the Beninese Society of electrical energy (SBEE) under a warrant of custody.

The human resources director of SBEE and several of his collaborators were placed under arrest warrant after a few days in custody at the Economic and Financial Brigade (BEF). La special jurisdiction ordered the end of the hearings before the Special Prosecutor's Office and the liberty judge, pre-trial detention for three defendants. The investigation continues.
