How to build a successful career plan? It is around this theme that the Club Ivoirien Nouveau interviewed several young Ivorians, this Saturday, December 14 in Abidjan, to help them succeed in their professional lives. The objective is to give them training capable of awakening their consciences and changing their mentalities.
The speaker, Ahmed Traoré, Doctor in Industrial Relations, also president of this association of young leaders, instructed his audience on the steps to follow to build a successful career, which corresponds to the ambitions, aspirations and vision of the individual.
“The most important thing is to build a professional project. Being able to say where I want to be, in relation to my qualities, my values, my personality. Once that's done, you just have to find ways to get there. Whether with a BTS or engineering training, you can get there, once the ideal path is traced, ”he explains.
For those whose training or professional orientation has been distorted, a qualitative change always seems possible. “Training is an important element in a career but it is not the determining factor. You can do a master's degree in history and geography and finish HRD. It all depends on how you go about it, ”reassures the speaker.

After two hours of discussions with the speaker, the young entrepreneurs, employees and students say they leave edified. As evidenced by Daniel Kouakou and Zeuh Ange, respectively computer scientist and agro-economist engineer.
For the first quoted, “a human being who aspires to well-being agrees to start at the bottom of the ladder and to finish at the top. The delay can be made up. No matter the weather, you can always build your career plan.
“Getting out of a career as an agro-economist may seem strange, but I'm tempted to go into other sectors that I really appreciate. And manage to reconcile couple, family and professional life so that on the evening of this one we can say I was useful, yes I brought something to society. I arrived where I dreamed of being and I'm fulfilled,” says Ange.
The New Ivorian Club was created in 2013. It is a citizen movement that brings together all professional strata, all over the country. Through values such as solidarity and mutual aid, it intends to carry out actions and projects in the economic, social and political sectors with an impact on populations.
