A prelude to the ^30th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers of the Inter-African Conference on Social Security (CIPRES), the Committee of Experts began the preparatory meeting. For two days, this session devotes the study of the files to be submitted to the ministers.

Beini is hosting the 30th ordinary session of the CIPRES Council of Ministers by videoconference from 27 to 29 July 2021. This meeting, which brings together all the member countries, began yesterday with the meeting of the committee of experts responsible for studying all the files to be submitted to the ministers on Thursday 29 July. Thus, they proposed, among other things, draft decisions, regulations, directives and far-reaching reforms that could make social security institutions more efficient in the exercise of their noble and exhilarating mission. In his introductory remarks, the Chairman of the Supervisory Commission, Chairman of the Interim Committee of Experts, René Houessou, reminds his peers from the fifteen other CIPRES member countries who take part in the work by videoconference, of the challenge to be met. Recall that the 29th ordinary session was held on December 12, 2019 in Antananarivo in the Republic of Madagascar. This last edition devoted the adoption by Directive No. 001/CM/CIPRES of 12 December 2019, of the legal base of Social Security.
