The sixth edition of the Telecommunications Sector Sustainability Forum is scheduled for August 26. On the occasion, telecom leaders and regulators will discuss the future of virtual mobile network operators in Nigeria

Entitled “Unleashing Nigeria's MVNO Potential: State, Trends, Investment, and Future Prospects”, the sixth edition of the Telecom Sector Sustainability Forum will be held at the CitiHeight Hotel in Ikeja. It will bring together key players in the telecommunications value chain, including mobile network operators, infrastructure providers, Internet service providers, and policy experts. In a statement, the organizers announced that the Executive Vice President of the Commission nigériane des communications , Dr. Aminu Maida , is expected to deliver the opening speech, highlighting the Commission's regulatory framework and its support for sustainable MVNO operations in the country

The forum will include interactive sessions, panel discussions, article presentations, and networking opportunities focused on how MVNOs can take advantage of existing infrastructure to provide value-added services and penetrate underserved areas. This Forum serves as a platform for policy dialogue and industrial collaboration to ensure long-term growth within the telecommunications sector in Nigeria.
