* A new three-year development plan 2025-2027, focused on improving business performance and service quality. The main factors contributing to the fragility of credit quality are the following:

* An execution of the 2022—2024 three-year plan mixed by a drop in net income;

* A weak dynamism in customer credit activity;

* A decline in GNP, in connection with the decrease in interest margin and commission income.
