Potenti'elles, aims to promote and support women's entrepreneurship in Guinea in order to promote their economic empowerment. It is a program put in place to overcome the obstacles that women entrepreneurs face in the country. APIP-Guinea benefits from the support of its supervisory department, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and SMEs and the Ministry of the Promotion of Women, Children and Vulnerable Persons. This project is financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) and the European Union (EU). It would be a question of supporting 5000 women in Lower Guinea and forest Guinea.

A en croire la Directrice Générale de l' APIP, Oliano Diana Kouyaté, le projet s' étend sur une durée de 5 ans, mais l' objectif est d' avoir des résultats dès la première année, c' est-à-dire en 2024 .
