Dans le but de soutenir les projets de technologies propres et à faibles émissions de carbone dans ses Etats membres, le Groupe de la Banque africaine de développement veut investir $15 million in pioneer shares Green+ category C in the East and Southern Africa Trade and Development Bank Group (TDB Group)

Green+ category C shares allow the TDB Group to multiply its funds by four thanks to the leverage effect, in order to support eligible public and private sector transactions aligned with the fight against climate change and development goals durable. The investments by the ADB will support the TDB Group's efforts to advance climate action and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in its member states, which is expected to result in significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions in the long term

noted that the TDB Group has several subsidiaries and strategic business units, including the Trade and Development Bank (TDB), TDB Group Asset Management, the Trade and Development Fund (TDF), the Trade and Development Fund (TDF), the TDB Captive Insurance Company (TCI), the ESATAL Fund Manager, and the TDB Academy.
