At the end of the trading session on Thursday, November 24, 2022, market activities of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) developed unevenly.

The total value of transactions rose from 201,392 million FCFA the previous day to 326.476 million FCFA on November 24, 2022. A value that is struggling to reach its level on November 22, 2022, with 1.090 billion FCFA. For its part, the capitalization of the equity market fell by another 8.608 billion to 5830.115 billion FCFA compared to 5838.723 billion FCFA the previous day. The bond market is picking up the pace a bit. It went from 8718.428 billion FCFA the day before to 8718.662 billion FCFA at the end of the day on November 24, an increase of 234 million.

As far as stock market indices are concerned, they still remain in a mixed situation. In fact, the BRVM 10 index (index of the 10 leading stocks on the stock market) rose by 0.16% to 158.14 points compared to 157.88 points the previous day. And the BRVM Composite index (general stock market index) thus recorded a drop of 0.15% to 193.69 points compared to 193.98 points previously.

Flop 5 of the biggest price falls are occupied respectively by the shares Tractafric Motors Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.38% at 3,010 FCFA), Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.00% to 950 FCFA), BOA Senegal (minus 3.20% to 2,420 FCFA), Onatel Burkina Faso (minus 2.85% to 3 FCFA) 240 FCFA) and BOA Mali (minus 2.76% to 1,410 FCFA). As for Flop 5 of the largest price increases, it is occupied respectively by the shares CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.78% to 960 FCFA), Compagnie Ivoirienne d'Électricité Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.44% to 2,100 FCFA), BOA Niger (plus 1.23% to 5,780 FCFA), BOA Burkina Faso (plus 0.76% to 5,290 FCFA) and SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (plus 0.46% to FCFA) 5 420 FCFA).
