Guinea Bissau raised on December 29, 2025 on the UEMOA financial market the sum of 5.052 billion FCFA. It was at The end of its issuance of a simultaneous auction of assimilable treasury bills (BAT) for 350 days, organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres.

The Guinean government is considering financing its budget. The issuer has put an amount of 5 billion CFA francs up for auction. Les global submissions amounted to 5.052 billion FCFA. What corresponds to a coverage rate of 101.04% for the amount put up for auction.

All of these submissions were accepted by the Guinean Bissau Public Treasury. This gives an absorption rate of 100%.

Investors whose submissions were retained, will end up with a weighted average return of 8.08%.

The sender hears Refund vouchers issued on the first business day following the due date on December 14, 2026. As for the payment of interest, it will be done in advance and deducted from the nominal value of these vouchers
